Old Coast Wholesale Terms
By submitting this application and placing wholesale orders at oldcoastfishing.com, you agree to the following.
1. Wholesale accounts
Wholesale pricing is for licensed businesses that resell our products to their own customers. Approval is at our discretion and can be paused or revoked if the account is used for personal buying or resale outside normal retail.
2. Resale certificate and sales tax
Before we remove sales tax, you must upload a current, valid resale certificate.
- Florida shops: current-year Florida Annual Resale Certificate (DR-13). These expire December 31. Send the new one each January.
- Out-of-state shops: your current-year home-state resale certificate.
Uploading a certificate does not automatically make an order tax-free. We verify it first. If the certificate is missing, expired, or does not match the buying business, tax will be charged.
You certify that goods bought tax-free are for resale, not shop use or personal use.
3. Pricing and orders
Wholesale prices apply only after the account is approved and only to that account. Prices, product availability, and order minimums can change. We may cancel or limit an order if product is unavailable or if the account is not in good standing.
4. Payment
Orders are due in full at checkout unless we have approved other terms in writing. We do not ship unpaid orders.
5. Shipping
Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier picks up the order. Check the shipment when it arrives and report damage or shortage within 7 days.
6. Returns
Unopened, unused standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, with our approval. Custom, built-to-order, glow-painted, and opened tackle are final sale unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
7. MAP and brand
Do not advertise Old Coast products below any minimum advertised price we publish. You may use our product photos and brand name to sell authentic Old Coast goods. You may not copy our logos, listings, or packaging as your own brand.
8. Records
Keep your business information current. If the legal name, address, or resale certificate changes, send the update before the next order.
Submitting this form, checking the agreement box, or placing a wholesale order is your acceptance of these terms.
