Old Coast Wild Card Rig

Wild Card is a single-drop bait rig. One hook. One glow bead. 20 lb mono. The float is a pill — and the color is the wild card. You don’t pick it. Chartreuse, pink, orange, white, whatever’s in the bag that day.

Snap a pyramid or sputnik on the bottom, tie your line to the swivel, bait the 1/0. Sand fleas, shrimp, or a strip of Fishbites. Cast into the trough past the first break and keep a little tension on the line. One dropper, one bait, less to tangle when the wash is messy.
